Concerta 54mg and clondine 0.3 for bedtim | ADHD Information

My daughter is 7 years old and and is ADHD combined type,she also has a sleeping insomina badly which I do not know if its getting worse due to medications.The doctor has her on concerta 54 mg one a day, and clonidine 0.3 mg to sleep(which is NOT working).My little girl seems to be calmed down and more focused during the day but when it comes to bed time she does not sleep but maybe 3 hours at the most a night,I do not know what to do.I am being told that the concerta has a a side effect of sleeplessness.I noticed now that they uped her concerta she is VERy angry and upset very easy to the point of even being evil to the animals which is not my little girls nature,she loves people,if anyone has any input please respond.Thanks so much!
