PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have a little girl who is in need of a good night sleep as well as mom,she is on cocerta 54 mg and clonidine 0.3 mg for bedtime and she is NOT sleeping,she was up for 5 days with 3 hours sleep and then finally dropped for 6 hours and this is a on going thing with her,i am very concerned and need some advice please.We have tried many things such as a warm bath everynight before bed,dim all the lights in our home 30 minutes before bed,nice back rub,read as a family and nothing is working.

Lost mom that really cares please help!!!!!
