I replied to a different question about Play Attention  you can look it up.

I got the Play Attention 20 months ago.  It was $1850 but I too was willing to try it.  I have been pleased with it.  I can tell a difference in myself and my son from using it.  The only thing is that you have to be committed because it takes a lot of time.  When we started we would only be able to do about 2 minutes per game because it is mentally tiring!  I do it the full amount of time per game and have noticed that I sleep MUCH better and am more clear headed.  My son is now 17 years old and it is hard to get him to do it.  I have to wait for him to be willing to do it for a bribe so I have to wait for him to run out of money :)  He has done it about 16 hrs total and I can see a difference.  I would recommend it.
