I like the Palm but I'd rather have the Palm/cell phone like the Sidekick or my dad has one by sprint. But PDA's do the job well.
I had one, a Palm 515.
But I lost it.

I use the T-Mobile Sidekick 2. Everything's in one device so less for me to lose. It is a phone, email, web browser, aol instant msgr, text msgr, calendar, to do list, notepad, and camera with a flash! I really don't know how I could function without it! I own and operate a business in which I might have 2-4 different jobs in a day. I can keep assignment-related info in there and even go to Mapquest.com to get directions to the jobs. It clips on my belt and I've only lost it once in 3 years! (Fortunately, it was found and held for me at the grocery store!
)
I use my cell phone! It has a calender you can set an alarm to all events, If it isn't on my calender it doesn't exist. Sometimes remembering to put them into my phone is the hardest task

lpalak: Is the Sidekick 2 worth it? I have the Color Sidekick and I LOVE it. Has my schedule, phone, AIM, e-mail, notes... all in one place! I love that I can just whip it out and jot myself a note whenever I need to. Absolutely perfect for an ADDer I think. Just one gadget to remember and it remembers everything else for me!
[QUOTE=ZORG]Because of my forgetful nature I have been told to write things down my whole life. It was not until I was diagnosed that I realized how important it would be for the remainder of my life.
I started carrying a PDA around with me. I made every attempt to use it all day every day. My life and it's quality improved noticably. It stopped working and I have yet to replace it but I noticed the effect it had on my life after I went without it for even a day.
I have tried to carry date books with me but they are a pain. The PDA I carried in a belt-holder so it was never really a bother when I did not need it. Not like a day-planner book was. Pluse I was ALWAYS setting down the day planner book and then leaving it behind when I left.

hello, I found that my pda was clunky and my programs on my cell phone were a pain in the butt. What i did find is the iron man data link watch. by timex. my orgninal intent was to use it just as a display for my pda since its functions are limited more so than the pda. but love it !!!i foudn my at a local store for 65 bucks. it has multiple alarms and apointmentreminders with changing chime noices. nice!!! but wait there's more!!! nto really but do check it out, i considered the fossile watch pda but liked the looks of the timex. and for others, you sleep in clothing (vs nude) jsut in case you must run out of a burning house you want to be convered. well fo rbothth eburnign house and the most likely crap! i should have left 5 mins ago! wha-la your watch is ususaly alreay on your wrist.
My company pays for a planner. Now if only I could remember to use it on a regular basis...
I have a Dell Axim X3i with the whole wireless packet.... Bluetooth, WiFi and IrDA. I use it all the time. It remembers allot of basic stuff for me. Stuff that i usually just don't remember, like what my name is, and where i live. Taag Man38419.4638773148I had a 0 Palm/cellphone smartphone and almost NEVER used it.
Recently I bought a cheap Pocket PC (the Microsoft kind) off
eBay. (Toshiba e330)
THanks!
[QUOTE=CindyLou]I
have a Palm Vx. I think that I use it more if I had a belt
