Have any of you tried biofeedback eeg training as an add treatment?
I've tried the "I forgot to pick up my wife's birth control medication, so now I can't have sex" method. It was surprisingly effective. Immediate results, and long lasting, too!! lol!!Yeah, it's funny NOW...
Oh, biofeedback or neurofeedback is fairly well known in the area where I live as a treatment for add. However, it is not yet widely covered by insurance so only those who can afford the sessions generally get the treatment.
Just wondering if anyone on this board had actually tried it.

This link is a from a section of the website that ZORG posted. biofeedback is listed after the more traditional stimulants, etc.
i have read a lot about biofeedback, but I don't know of anyone who has tried it....it sounds like something that probably wouldn't work on me....
