Is Ritalin okay to take with Fish oil? | ADHD Information

Hi,

I've been on Ritalin for a week now(10mg 3x a day) and was wondering if it's okay to continue taking my fish oil.  I have been in the past week and just realized that maybe there could be a negative interaction.  Although, I'm not experiencing any side effects except for dry mouth and weight loss.  Anyone have any feed back regarding my question?

Fish oil  can have  a lot of MERCURY!... I think flax would be a better place to look for omega 3 oils.  Some of the theorys  about Autism/ LD growth in the Industrialized world   revolve around Mercury in the enviroment.   Big  oily fish have the highest concentrations and that's where they get fish oil......just a thought
