20mg SR. works a charm. I come off nicely at the end of my workday.

How much a day do you take?I am on 50mg per day. 30mg in the morning and 20mg in the afternoon. Seems to be working. I can tell when the medication wears off in the evening, I usually become quite irritable.
40 mg 4x day of the regular. It only lasts about 2.5 hours for me, so that is enough to get me through the work day.
