The Mystery of the Clean Apartment | ADHD Information

Yeah Eliza!

Laura...now if I could only teach my cat to talk, and delegate tasks to me! Other than cleaning her litterbox or feeding her. It's always about HER.
My cat LOVES to talk. We have entire conversations. LOL. She's my little chirper.

Of, course, she doesn't tell me to clean my apartment either.

Great job!!!

Want to come and clean my house???

Congrats Eliza!

It's the wonders of IM'ing here. That way my mom can stay at her desk doing work and whenever I finish a task I tell her, and she tells me what to do next. It helps keep it all do a manageable amount of stuff to do since I just have to do the one thing at a time and she keeps track of the "big picture".

"Ode to procrastination."

Today

I decided I would tidy my bedroom

But first I thought I should email some people

And lie on the floor while examining a very interesting invisible spot on the roof

And have a snooze

And ring my friend

And make another cup of tea because the first one went cold while I was daydreaming.

Then a wonderful thing happened.

I suddenly decided to clean my room first and do all these other extremely important things second

Because they could probably wait.

And I did, for the first time in my life!

I just had to share and I know you guys will appreciate this...

With help from my coach, otherwise known as my mom, I have a clean living room, kitchen, and what was supposed to be the dining room. The dining room is known as "the Zoo" since that's where the cages for all my critters are.

It took all day and I still have a very messy bathroom and bedroom. But it's still a victory for an ADDer I think.

Can I borrow your Mom?????
