Professional Organizers | ADHD Information

You know what's funny, Yellow dog? You know the problem I have with cleaning and organizing in my place....well, I can go to someone else's place and help THEM organize. And I'm pretty darn good at it, too. I've even considered starting my own organizing business. Perhaps if someone paid me to do my place (other than me rewarding myself)...imagine what I could do with my place.

I've seen professional organizers advertised on Craigslist at times, and have noticed that many of them are not really extremely expensive if you only would need them for a few hours - to per hour.

Has anyone ever used their services?

GypsyWomyn, I'm really good at ogranizing other people too.  Maybe you could find someone else who needs some help getting organized and 'trade' with them.  You could help them organize their stuff and they could help you organize your stuff.  It helps me to have someone else there just to give me some objectivity and ideas and also to keep me on task.  Plus someone is coming over, so you have to do it when they're there, no procrastinating.  You can make it into a little organizing party and then treat yourselves to ice cream or a night out or a pedicure, whatever you want when you're done. illhtac, yes, an excellent idea, and I have considered this in the past. In fact, a good friend has volunteered to help me. However, there really isn't enough room for the two of us in here.      Maybe when I get the floor a little cleared, I'll take her up on it. She's the only one I haven't been too embarrassed to invite in.   And we do both LOVE ice cream.

Can you tell us how you've come to use "illhtac"? I have a feeling it's an interesting story.
