sleep | ADHD Information

folks, i could really use some info from ADDers.

i'm f, 52 and only diagnosed and medicated fo 3 years.

Is insomnia one of the symptoms of ADD? In my case this would not be due to meds as I've had this prob most of my life. I'm not a shrink case; I see one every 3 mo for my meds though. I a type a/b personality though as I'm told many ADDers are. Anyone out there with feedback?

Ambien ususally works, had Restoril last night (after 48 hrs no sleep and tonight took ProSom 2 mg at midnight and took another at 3, and well here I am.
