Strattera Side Effects | ADHD Information

Hi Gang, I have the same question about the SEXUAL SIDE EFFECT.  I have just finished up week two and I am going to stay at 60 mg to see if the sexual stuff goes away.  I have noticed that it is getting a little better.  It seems that my sex drive has increased and I'm ready to go but when things get rolling my errection is not as strong.  Also, I almost shoot blanks!  Anyone know of ANYONE where this went away or at least got a little better?  I love what the medicine is doing for me every where else!

I have been recently diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 44. My doctor put me on Strattera about 10 days ago. I have been running the list of side effects. Started with dizziness that went away, then waking up every few hours all night and not sleeping well. that seems to have gotten better. But now I am having problems urinating and erection and ejaculation problems but they have not gone away. Does anyone know if those problems may go away? I am frustrated because I am seeing benifits of the medication but do not want to have to live with these side effects. Has anyboby had these then had them go away?? Please let me know if there is hope.

I too experienced urination / ejaculation problems on Strattera. By week 5 I was still having these side effects plus many others. I could not tollerate it anymore so my Psychiatrist switched me to Wellbutrin. I don't feel that the Wellbutrin is really doing anything for me but the awful Strattera side effects were pretty much gone by the next day after stopping.
