Hi just was switched from Focalin 5mg to Ritalin LA 10mg yesterday. Reason being it is hard to find Focalin in stock in pharmacies where I live, go figure. Anyway, the Focalin worked very well for my ADD, but I do not like the Ritalin LA. It gives me a terrible sinus headache feeling when it kicks in, plus I feel wound up and solemn at the same time. Kind of like my personality is null. I did not have this with Focalin. I am going to have my psych. doc on monday put me back on Focalin and find a pharmacy here that either orders it or carries it. Anyway is this side effect normal with Ritalin LA.
