If I were you, I would go read up on what chemicals 5htp is made out of. I would then go check ritalins website to see what they don't recommend taking with ritalin.

Oh, yes, Jessica...I think all the Rx sites tell the contradictions and which drugs not to take with each, or which may need to have their dosages adjusted if taking with that specific drug.
