ADD/ADHD & Seasons | ADHD Information

Reizende....move to NW Washington State (seattle area)...four seasons, beautiful, warm summers...and winters are mild. (Not as much rain as they say either) But PLEASE don't tell anyone I told you this, they don't want any more people moving here. I noticed since I been in Florida the last 7 years that my ADD is a lot worse. Could it be the change in seasons up North gave me just the change of secenery to keep life interesting? Ironically I hate the cold.
