Work Aggitation! | ADHD Information

I think ADD folks need to be at least half-way up in the pecking order.  We need to have someone to call and say "please take care of this small detail for me" when we get stuck like that.  Maybe they passed it along because they don't have a clue either 

That's kind of funny though, I'm always on the other end of those letters, and it never occured to me that someone with ADD could send those kind of letters too

Well it's even worsened by the fact that a lady 2 cubicles down plays loud grunge music all day. (I like it but not at work). Certain types of music evoke anger in my personality. It's an odd thing. Don't know if anyone else has that problem, or if it is ADHD related.

I process late charges & assorted letters for my accounting department at work. I got the below e-mail forward>forward>forward etc and I am suppose to make heads or tails of it:

(forwarded by 2 managers with no explanation of what to accomplish)

"Fw: 9055 LLP delinquent account

Keep billing them the .00 that they owe plus 1-1/2% per month. I think that they will get the picture and pay.

Sidney S. Berman Treas. LLP HOA"

(my reply):

"I don't know what this is for. limited liability partnership for what? I also don't understand the 1 and 1/2 % part."

(my managers reply):

"Come on Angie-it is Long Lake Palms. Multiply the balance times 1.5% for the late fee."

Now I sit here staring blankly at my screen. I am not stupid, but it took me 10 minutes alone to understand who the charge was for..now if only I can solve the simple math involved to charge this thing. No one wants to understand that I cannot process this information without some serious difficulty. What would you do? Everyone just expects me to be automatically picking everything up like they do. There was no account number. For me to get anything done they have to tell me exactly who it's for and what amount and where to charge it or I will stare at it for a half hour. It's not an issue of not understanding the math involved. I just can't piece it all together.
