I have been on adderall 30mg. twice a day for two years I have heard after you are on it so long you need to change.I feel, it is not workin. Have tried all the others was on dex. a couple years ago I seem to do better .what is the diference between dex and add. I need some infomation so I can explain to doctor . would apprecate any coments.
