Everyone here has heard his name/knows him.
don't drink too much caffeine, over take cold medicines with pseudoephedrine (no idea how to spell that one), Ritalin, get exhausted, and very very stressed.
Puts you in the hospital. Heart Doc says Ritalin is OK, just cut out that other sh*t and eat right.
