Study vaccaines also they aren't as good as people think they are.I don't receive them won't do me any good I have thyroid disease  a auto immune problem. I had bad problem as a kid also from this. I think this is the truth. Buy from wholefoods or grow own poduce do to not have toxic things grown on them.Get meats from there or raze your self for same reason. Look up what you get at the store what things are in them it will surprise you.Framaldihide is one.I'm probably in real trouble.  I have a germ phobia, and am always buying strong cleaners and I use Purell whenever I'm in public before eating.  I have heard a person should stay away from Purell because it'll just lower your immunities.  I am careful about using it though, it only ends up being a few times a month when I'm in that situation.  I had a friend give me a large bottle of natural cleaner for a gift (yep, when you start getting cleaners for gifts, you know you're a freak! LOL)  Anyway, the natural cleaner was very nice, and nice smelling too.  I just don't happen to have a natural foods store very nearby.
