Learning Outside the Lines | ADHD Information

I actually had the privilege to hear Jonathan Mooney speak at a seminar last year! It was a life changing experience!  He is a gifted public speaker and a brilliant man!  I don't have adhd,but my son does and Jonathan put into words exactly how many people with adhd/add must feel. I think he might have had dyslexia too if I remember correctly. While listening to jonathan- I laughed, I cried, I finally understood! I now use that information to make a difference in the young lives I come across every day as well as my own sons.   If you ever get the chance to hear him speak I highly recommend it-he was even more compelling than his book. 

Learning Outside the Lines is written by two Ivy League students (Brown), one with ADHD and the other with Dyslexia. Jonathan Mooney and David Cole (foreward by Edward M. Hallowell, M.D.- Driven to Distraction)

 

The book has really opened the doors for my understanding that there are people out there that are like me (learning dissabilities) and it has some really good ides for studying.

 

I do recommend it to people.
