Ears almost hurt | ADHD Information

I am ADD and I was recently 2 weeks ago put on ritalin LA 20 mg one time a day,I have had a few things that are new to me and was wondering if anyone knows do they have anything to do with the medication.
 1.headaches
 2.The slighest noise to anyone else is sooooooooooooooo loud and annoying to my ears,certain sounds almost hurt my ears it is so loud in my ears.

Please if you know help me,as well as i am going to call my doctor this morning.
