For awhile I would get on a healthier kick and start taking some good multivitamins. The funny part is, after 1 month, my brain becomes more clear & alert. Also there would be less sad days.
(I am out of vitamins by the way)
ha ha. i probably would forget to take them. I forgot to buy more, thus my dilemma. haha Oh and I forget to take them regularly if they are not sitting by my computer monitor at home.i keep thinking that if i would ever get off sugar and caffeine, i'd do a lot betterI think if I did, I would be even worse. 8( The kind of work I do requires me to be very alert. Hyper, no, but an unlucky side affect for my co-workers.sounds like a nice job
The stuff I do is so repititious if I wasn't alert I would be taking naps under my desk like George Costanza on Seinfeld.Speaking of jobs. i better get to mine quick or i could be just another statistic. What kind of vitamins were you taking?? I'd be curious to try them, myself if they are that helpful.Supplements give you nutrition your not getting from foods. Use pharmacey grade only. The others manily sugar. Food grade is also good.

Well, I started getting depressed last year & thought maybe I am lacking nutrition. I bought Centrum Complete. It seemed to work. That was the only time I felt a bit more normal. They have vitamins, herbs, minerals in them etc
Now if I can just stop daydreaming...
I take the One-A-Day Weight Smart, but I only remember it on weekdays, because weekdays are structured. I can hardly remember anything on the weekends.
