Hernia.

I haven't done yoga as much as I have pilates, which are kind of similar.  I've had a hard time w/ yoga because it was too slow...pilates are a bit better to me... But I am cautious with either 1 because they can be really difficult and reqire a lot of strength...and some of the positions just seem like they would result in sever injury for me, haha, mainly because I am such a klutz.  But they are great workouts.I LOVE yoga!!! Its hard for me to get motivated to do it by myself at home (ha, we all know how that goes) but I ADORED the classes I have taken, just wish I could afford it lately, I most def reccomend it. Its easier to motivate myself when there are others involved, ie, class. When I have someone 'guiding' my relaxation its sooooo amazing, as many of you may experience, its hard to relax your brain sometimes...and yoga class is one of the things that *really* works...plus you getta stretch and strengthen. I ::heart:: yoga. BTW, there IS a level for anyone. So, if someone found it too difficult, just take it down a notch. wickedmeowmer38460.5351736111I try to yoga before I go to bed every night and I go to sleep really fast, sleep really well, and wake up feeling amazing the next day.  If only I could get myself to do it every night...Kim, there's a TV program on early mornings (I think it's on Oxygen) that does yoga. I think it may be around 6:00 am or 6:30 am. You can also rent at library...free...yoga tapes. Just some suggestions for doing it in a "group" and for free...right at home!
