I have a 5 year old with ADHD & ODD. His behavior had gotten way out of controll so I was in need of fast help as he was becoming violent.
This past Saturday at 7:30pm I began reading a book called "1-2-3 Magic" written by Yhomas W. Phelan, Ph.D. I was up till 2:30am & finished the book! (it is only 212pages from cover to cover).

I know from my first hand own experiance as long as I work the system THE WAY IT IS WRITTEN, it does work!!!!
I do not work for this company, I am a mother of 2 BOYS with ADHD & ODD. My boys are 2 1/2 yaers old and 5 years old. If any one knows of other good books please let me know as I am always willing to learn other ways to help our boys!!
I pray this book will also help some of you with children with ADHD & ODD.

Is your son on any meds?
Yes, he is on Ritalin LA 20mg once a day. The medication is not to controll the behavior. The medication only allows their brains the ability to "Focus" on what they are doing. This was explained by all of our Drs & therapist, as well as in the book "1-2-3 Magic".
