Hi i was diagnosed with ADHD 2 months ago and have been on adderall 20 mg XR (22/m) I have always felt i was hyperactive and i went to the doctor for other problems and eventually got diagnosed with adhd, psuedotumor cerebri and maybe MS. But i am on this medicine and it works great for a while, and then i get really tired but i can't sleep. Does anyone else have this problem, and any ideas as to why it is happening and what i can do to not get as tired all the time Thanks

I also take medication and sometimes i get really tired when it starts to wear off at night before its time to go to bed. It is hard for me to fall asleep at night too, sometimes. I try not to eat sugar at night and also if i really can not fall asleep, try watching tv while you are trying to fall alseep. It sounds weird!!! But It works for me sometimes. Also try listening to soft music while you are trying to sleep. I hope this may help?
