I did something really dumb.... | ADHD Information

I did something really stupid today, for the first time in  28 days.  I lifted all day and after school and got no homework done, and had taken 50 mg of generic adderall in school which Im prescribed to.  Then tongiht I saw it was 9 o clock and had to get a ton of homework done, and s friend had given me 1 20mg  adderall xr a while ago and told me if I took the balls out of the capsule and put them in papper id be able to get a ton of work done.  I did it at 9 and left like 1/4 or less in the capsule.  I feel weird but dont know if it's going to hurt me, not like bad wierd but my heart is going faster and I realize why, because xr is meant to be time released.  What is most likely going to happen or could happen? Jared11298738468.8357291667I'm fine now it's worn off but I'll never EVER do that again I deffiantly should have known not to missuse any drug but I messed up thinking, Itd help get alot of work done and it ended up not getting any at all done, Im tired and wasnt to go to sleep but il do the work now and never do it again.....wow I am an idiot.NEVER EVER play with medications, prescription or not. Consult a Dr. before taking any medication. If that person who gave you the medication was really your friend they would not have shared their medication with you in the first place, they would had reffered you to see a DR.
