Motzart for kids music | ADHD Information
Reccomended for adhd/ autism kids also.I have some upstairs, my husband made me listen to it during pregnancy and I forgot why.I love Mozart..and Bach, especially his Brandenburg Concerto--and some other's. If I listen to background music with no words or no good beat, I can also seem to keep things moving a long smoothly but I have found if there is light classical guitar or some really melodic piano music with no serious beat or words, that helps too.
Govi has been good for me to relax too and Ottmar Liebert, to have it on lightly in the background.
With Mozart, that's nice for listening...as with other stuff and I like some opera pieces as well--not all but I have my own collection of particular pieces, but Mozart can be so uplifting and passionate, almost festive that, well, there I go getting into the counting of beats with it. Tapping to the tune. However, you are right about that. I think my appreciation came for them from studying the violin for about 8 years and I was good at that, now go figure. It relaxed me.
Racheal, I also wanted to know if you are into the Amino Acid diet or such? Do you know much about that?
I believe some people call that the "Beethoven effect".
I do not listen to a lot of Mozart, but I do have a Mozart
CD. I listen to Mozart once in a while. Also, I
understand listening to Paganini the eccentric violinist is
helpful as his violin playing is complicated. I
highly recommend hemi-sync CDs. I actually have three
hemi-sync CDs myself. I actually found my listening
improved. I listen to hemi-sync at least 4 hours a
week. It is suppose d to get the hemispheres of the brain
to work together. The good thing about Mozart and Beethoven
is that there music is inexpensive.

As far as Amino Acids, I take GABA. I found that it has good
benefits for me. Obviously, amino acids are good for your
brain. Even after one day GABA was useful in my eyes.
I remember why now it was supposed to make the baby smart. And she is very bright, too smart at times.I bought a mozart cd that was specificaly for focus and clarity. I had my son listen before Taks testing. His teachers actually commented on how well he focused during his test.He was careful and rechecked his work. The teachers had no idea he had listened to the music.Hmm food for thought. My adhd kid got a Mozart cd from his music teacher at school, and it really does help him calm and focus. It's amazing.
