another note from the teacher
I think when they find out a child has ADHD then they expect bad behavior and look for it. They dont care if your child is 7 yrs old and weighs only as much as a Toddler....as long as he sits still they are happy.
Sorry.....I hate teachers today LOL

I agree Joseph-When my son was going through med trials the teacher said things were going great! I went in to volunteer one day and he was a white, zombie trying not to throw up all day!! But to her-he wasn't acting out so all was great! Good thing all teachers aren't like that!do they expect our kids to be perfect? whether they have adhd or not, no child is going to be perfect. you would think a teacher would know that better than anyone else. i feel like if my child (6) so much as breathes too loud, "we need to talk." even the perfect med isn't going to make these kids perfect. we'll be talking in about an hour, can't wait.
this teacher has been pretty patient with my child but i think it's diminishing more and more. he's on a new med so we're still in the testing stages and this teacher knows this. how can i say this again in a nice way and make sure she gets it?
Most teacher are like thAT. fEW AREN'T THAT WAY.yES THE WANT KIDS WHO SIT AND DO ALLTHE TIME.
