Hmmm--I'm good at coming up with creative solutions to everyday
problems :-) I'm good at putting together presentations

I am a descent guitar player.

I am a wonderful father

ok...I'm not really good at talking about my own strengths but here goes...lol

I have perfect pitch and can tell how a song is supposed to sound and not. I can detect mistakes easily and can play the piano by ear(with music i suck lol). I love to just sit down and play whatever comes into my head. I am very musical and I music runs through my head a lot during the day and to just sit down and play what i hear in my head is so much fun!

I make sure I'm on time to my job. I hate being late. I'm prompt unless I lose my keys lol.

I'm a people pleaser which isn't always good. But I love to make people happy and feel soo bad when somebody gets upset at me or doesn't like me because I'm quiet....I've learned though that i can't please everybody so just be myself and be nice to people and it's their problem if they don't like me lol.

I haven't gained weight no matter how much I eat. So I guess I'm pretty....i don't want to sound vain though lol. Please don't take it like I am vain! I'm not going to say "I'm prettier than any other girl" because that would be wrong and I know I'm not  but I'm attractive.

lol okay that is all I can think of. It's funny but it's easier to spot weaknesses in yourself sometimes than strengths. I could name off a bunch of weaknesses lol.

Oh I have the FASTEST metabolism in the WORLD meaning that I can eat thousands of greasy cheeseburgers and not gain a pound
Same here.  I'm also ludicrously good at keeping a gym schedule (I have energy I *have* to use), and do well on math and logic tests (but not the rest of the classwork?!).
Gym schedule? ha ha ha ha ha ha. I can do a treadmill for like 30 seconds because it gets boring and put a two pound barbell down because it's too strenuous. lol.
I'm really good with plants. No, really, I'm serious. I'm an excellent gardener- I've got some kind of bizarre innate ability with flora. Wish there was lotsa $$$ in it!!
Some florists make a decent living! Do you like to grow plants or arrange them? A friend of mine is taking a class in floral arranging for weddings and other occasions, and she loves it.

Musical abilities.

I am very good with children. I love them.

Perceptive and intuitive, big time.

I’m not so sure I often care what people think of me because I know in my heart I’m a good natured person and I’ve done so many things for so many people, lovingly. I believe I am ‘my brother’s keeper’ at times (but not ‘my brother’s door mat’. There’s a difference.)

I love working a cocktail party or hosting. I can go from conversation to conversation, from couple or person to person and that works for me doing rounds, making sure everyone is content, the mood/atmosphere is lovely, never situated in one place…good for my attention span. (But when I was growing up, I was painfully shy…painfully)

In general, I love people. I love talking to them and can easily strike up conversations with people I don’t know. I think they are often so interesting and I love learning wisdom from elderly people.

I have been told by many that I have extremely good communication skills, especially when it is seriously needed. (something I worked very hard at through the years because when I was younger, what were communication skills???)

I don’t know if this counts but I am well skilled naturally at the art of romance and passion. I would bet many here are, whether they admit to it or not because it is by feeling, sensing, and being intuitive. I’m not a pervert or some sex addict, but only into it with someone who I truly care deeply for. I love the whole nine yards of romance and intense passion with that special someone.

Emotional strength

A determined attitude.

Oh, and I'm a very very good mom. That's the thing I'm proudest of!!! I'm really good with plants. No, really, I'm serious. I'm an excellent gardener- I've got some kind of bizarre innate ability with flora. Wish there was lotsa $$$ in it!!

This is a cute topic, and I'm not embarrassed to say what I'm good at! LOL. I am an extremely fast learner, have a voracious appetite for new information and experiences and work insanely well with groups of people, esp Children. I've also actually always had pretty tight public speaking/presentation skills too.

Lately, with help, I rule at admitting if I need help or don't know something. Oddly enough 2 of my co-workers have thanked me for that in the last few weeks, even my boss. They called it "A breath of fresh air." You may be surprised to know even non-AD/HD peeps HATE BS'ing know it alls too!

I agree - I can sum up a 20 minute conversation in about 2 sentences. Which, ironically, can also be a BAD trait because it makes me horrible at job interviews, sales pitches, or other situations where a lot of BS and "padding" is expected.

One of my best traits I think is my ability to learn most physical things really fast. I have a good mind for physics and I am able to conceptualize things very well. Too bad my math sucks.

Oh I HATE that BS padding crap. It's such a waste of time but it's highly valued in our society. If you use a lot of padding people think you're articulate and intelligent. If you don't they assume you're really stupid. I think that was one of my many problems at work. I would just say things in one or two sentences while my coworkers used a lot of padding in their conversations. I think alot of people use "padding" to cover up the fact that they don't know as much as they would like to. For example, if someone asks me a question and I don't really know the answer I'll just be honest and mumble, "Uh... I don't know." My coworkers on the other hand,go into a long fluffy conversation. It's so annoying!
My looks.  I think my best trait is that I don't care what anyone else thinks about me.  To everyone else I believe that would be considered my worst trait.Haha Mark. You do look kind of charismatic.
Reckless experienced pirate  with tales of the sea  or  something.

I saw this book at the bookstore last night--It CRACKED me UP.  I should study it for job interviews!!

whoo hoo--great topic-I did this same little exercise last night.  My best trait is that I can get to the ’main problem’ much faster than others.  Like cut to the chase…

That usually only happens when it’s a business problem or someone else’s problem.  I’m not saying I ACT on it, but I can get to it real fast!!

Everybody say something nice about yourself!!!!

Man, it's embarrassing to compliment yourself...Embarrassed

I am open minded, and good with kids- especially little ones.
I am calm and capable in crazy situations, when most people panic.

Maybe thats because most people are normal and our "normal" is just to be panicky all the time? lol

My talents have always been any form of the arts..painting, drawing, writing, acting.
