I am a male on Adderall XR and i think it intensifies my sexuall drive.  It is possible you are taking too much.  Adderall is just an anphatmine, which in general will increase sexual drive.  But as one of the other people said Viagra is a godsend.  I am young and i took it before i was on medication, you can probably get away with only taking a half. 

For smoking i can defintly see how someone would want to smoke while on Adderall.  I dont smoke and sometimes i find myself asking others for cigs.  Hope this helps.  By the way i am 21

Hi everybody, I'm new to the forums and I was wondering if any men in here shared this side effect, it is kind of embarassing. When I take Adderall I am unable to get an erection, and I have also noticed that my scrotum shrivels and becomes very tight and small. This is a major issue because I am 22 years old and I love having sex with my girlfriend, but when I take Adderall I can't even get an erection even when I am turned on. Ugh it is annoying, and I am wondering if this is an issue for anybody else out there who is on the drug. I know this is an issue with the drug and not my body because this happens ONLY while on Adderall.

Another question, this time  for smokers, I was wondering if the desire to have a cigarette intensifies tenfold when on the drug. I know it does for me, and the urge to have a cigarette ten minutes I have just had one is difficult to ignore while on the drug. Thanks! At least I was the last time I checked.  I thought adderall made me smoke more but I think I just smoked more at the time cus I was under alot of stress. I actually quit smoking without any problem on adderall so am conflicted on wether it increased my smoking or not. I get that problem from regular adderall sometimes. I believe the stimulant effect wants to shunt the blood elsewhere but where you want it. Viagra takes care of that in a jiffy. Welcome to one of the reasons I went off Adderall.  I had the libido of a 102-year-old man.  jerber? you're a guy? oh.  I was wrong on that guess!I take Adderall XR 15mg..

Sexually, the drug had the exact opposite effect.. i am 'at attention' 24/7.. much to the happiness of my wife.

I smoke and i haven't really started smoking more, maybe one or two cigs per day extra.
