What can you tell us about it...the positive effects. Any side effects? Are you sleeping okay on it. If you forgot to take it (like you did one day)...if you take it later than usual, will it keep you awake?

Does it help you focus better? Are you more organized at work since taking it? Anything that will tell us if it's a good alternative to meds, please. Share, share, share!

It is not a miracle cure. You will still need to work on concentration to some degree. It allows me to be alert without caffeine & have less irritibility to noise & distractions.
