Our psychiatrist has recommended Provigil for our son who has ADHD and mood problems. He said this is a stimulant, but works in a specific part of the brain and a little differently then the other stimulants. It doesn't seem to have the problem with weight loss and agitation that the other stimulants sometime cause. Has anyone else ever used this drug for ADHD. I know this is an off label use.
