Has anyone looked into coaching for adhd?
I have, but it seems just as expensive as seeing a shrink.What did the coaching program entail?
I will be taking an 8 week workshop for only 135.00 working with 5 other adults like me. Each week will have a different area of focus we will be using some planner thing. then there is a followup meeting 4 weeks after last session

How did you find out about these programs? I have done so many searches for classes/workshops and support groups, but have only found one..that is out for the summer!
I will need to search and find what website led me to my coach. I was fortunate enough to find one in a neighboring city(I am near Cleveland)
