same name? you mean nickname?Hey everyone. I'm new here, but have to agree about the ADD sucks thing. One of my dearest friends died in an accident a few weeks ago, and she also was ADD. One of the biggest parts of my grief is/was her complete acceptance or understanding of how I am, and vice versa. Going to each others houses we might find a dramatic room painting project, an immaculate space brought forth in a fit of organization, or more likely have to weave our way around and through things. All considered so normal they were hardly worth comment. Guess MY comment was actually supposed to be one of the things that really stinks is all of those strange people out there who lead these organized lives and feel traumatized when they step into mine!

Sure ADHD sucks. So does pretty much every human condition you can think of right? I mean love over half of the time ends you-know-where ... leaving your heart looking like shredded wheat. It's all part of life - we live, grow old, hopefully learn more than some jeapordy answers and bring some smiles and happiness to people around us if we're lucky.
I used to sit back and say "what's happening to me SUCKS". I still feel that way but now I don't dwell and I'm working on not making everyone else miserable in the process.
