BAUD system? | ADHD Information

it's a fad.... it's like that guy that could 'see dead people' what was his name?

Really popular on fox for a long time....

Yeah I'm sure he was for real....ha ha ha... but more to the point, where is he now? oh that's right, nobody remembers him, he was a fad.

Well Dr. Phil is a fad and once he's made all the money he can off it he'll disapear...

Like the Atkins diet....it's sure disappearing....at least around here.... I mean do any of those 'doctors' ACTUALLY know what the lack of carbs do to you? It's TERRIBLE for your health and actually not even a new technique!

Just a fad for people looking for a quick fix. I sir, am not interested in your (insert quick fix here)
You know I am really curious if this Nimcom person is truly the person on Dr. Phil or not. You never know with the internet. I suppose it could just as well be a salesman posing as this person because they know people watch Dr. Phil. At any rate, the self appointed advocate seems like they are getting paid to advertise on here.I dislike DR Phill and could never get into his show nor books.  He rubs me the wrong way and thanks to Oprah he is a star.I'm waiting  for  Dr, phill to come after usObjects in the mirror are not as they appear. just remember that. I'm not against giving unconventional treatments a chance but something about this person's posts have a very infomercial vibe.  As i said in the  other page of the  message  bord sounds like  someone  else that critized us..I' not  saying  names...But the way I see it  if  it sounds to good to be  true then it usually is.

Have any of you read the three different threads on the Parents of ADHDer's page about the BAUD system?

The main one is listed under Dr. Phil. A mother that was on the show is pushing the miracle treatment that show gave her son. It reads much like an infommercial.

I am curious about what all you think. She is very zealous about pushing this. Does this make you skeptical?

Cherish and I have been e-mailing each other as we are very suspicious.  I am not convinced that she isn't get something for finding e-mail leads to send to BAUD or Dr. Lawless or someone!  Why else would she make us contact her by e-mail if we wanted further information.  Perhaps she is pre-selling BAUD if we contact her.  Unfortunatly it looks interesting but I wouldn't do my research through her-perhaps on your own. I posted on the other threads that she failed to mention other interventions that took place for her and her son on Dr. Phil-that is what made me suspicious. Plus the self-appointed "nation wide advocate" title was a bit much! What body of evidence does she draw from to label herself such-please.  One Dr. Phil brainwashing episode?  When she PM me she told me she doesn't believe in ADHD!!!!  Yes, I also had visions of the "K" word!!!

I just think it's an advertising scam, It's not our beloved friend the ADHD Witch, it's too elaborate to bother, there are much more convincing stories that don't require nearly as much research or background information.... if it is her, she's only gotten dumber...

It's just someone looking to advertise, perhaps a new troll.... I doubt that Kandi has returned YET... and when kandi does return she's more likely to pose as a sympathizer....

Regardless, I've seen 100,000 Miracle diets and weight loss programs and this sounds alot like one of them..... Just re-worked for ADHD parents who are stressed looking for a miracle cure. They go after the people who are most desperate.....

only problem is I'm not stupid and not buying.

Again I bet the lady that was on the Dr. Phil show merely signed a consent form saying they could use her expert testimony to sell their product..... just like 9 out of 10 doctors reccomends every cough medicine on the shelf..... basically means that only one out of the 10 doctors on their payroll won't be bought out.

oohhh sure there are people that are desperate for  the add/adhd problem but im not going to pay that amount of  money on somthing that was seen on a  show where the"""doctor""" is not really a  doctor and  phill has admited to this....If someone  is  willing to pay me alot of  money to sell somthing heck yea  I would  lie too.But I'm not going to do it on my adhd problem or  my kids add/adhd problem...
