hi,
I am taking st john's wort on a regular basis now and I have noticed a considerable improvement in my state of mind. who knows?, maybe that is it. It could be all in my head. I think that your mind is a powerful thing and I have learned from past experience that when we convince ourselves that something will not work , or think negative, the result is just that. If you have ins. that also helps, ha. I hope that you are doing well. by the way. I am a 23 year old female from orlando who is and has always suffered from social anxiety( anxiety in general runs in the family) I do not have ins. so I decided to self medicate and take st johns wort three times a day( although, i think you are only suppose to take it 2 times), anyway the key for me was taking it regularly and at the same time making other adjustments in my life like: not drinking alcohol #1., I even went as far as reminding myself to think happy and to look at little signs that in the past I would have taken for granted. I am a firm believer in that wether you are religious, or not, there are signs out there that will point you down the right path. you can choose to ignore them, or though it may take a bit more effort acknowlege that they are there and go with your gut.
k, sorry about the babble. I also find that typing is great therapy
good luck,
sharon
