well i'm on Concerta but i am allso BP (bipolar). & as much i know about BP & ADHD (some) BP givs you mood swings a lot. but i think concerta is more for both, but like i seid i am NO exspert.

my sons doctors warned me and my husband that in some cases concerta does make the child violent my son is currently taking 54 mgs it made him alot more aggressive so his doctors r looking into trying him on a new medication.... could i also ask is the way they test 4 adhd different in america ,as im from south wales in the united kindom i would b interested 2 find out....good luck angel34....trina trina38504.6526388889My 13 year old daughter is also on Concerta and her dosage is 27.5 mgs - your daughters dosage seems REALLY high, you should have your doctor evaluate that. I'm not sure how they determine the dosage ..but still seems high.is it really 72 mg that sounds very high i know that the max. normal dosage is mg per kg
