I have been through the evaluation process with my son and I know for a fact I am ADHD...here the killer. I cant afford to go to a psychologist or psychiatrist with the money we have put out for him. Do you think it would be worth it to go to my family Dr. to ask for him to give me meds? I just dont know what to do. I am tired of always being a step behind in everything I do, I forget everything, I am so unorganized, my house is in disarray......I wish there was a support group for adults near me, how would I find that?
