Should I be concerned about dilated pupils from Adderall XR? I was taking 20 mg since the middle of March. As of last week my doctor has me now taking 20mg twice a day. I thought that once I got used to the medication my eyes would be better but this doesn't seem to be going away. I did see my doctor last week, I didn't ask about my eyes because I wasn't that concerned. My pupils seem to be a little more dilated with the increase in medication which is when I really started wondering if this is a problem. I tried searching on the Internet but I can't much information. I only get stuff about people abusing drugs, which is not what I am doing. Other than the dilated pupils I have had very few side effects, and they went away pretty quickly. I have has definite improvements in school which is great. I am hoping this isn't a problem!
Emily8638496.7853009259I've noticed my pupils get dialated when I take Adderall (regular, not XR), either 15mg or 30 mg. I don't think it's anything to worry about, just a goofy side effect... maybe it's caused by getting less sleep b/c of the meds? (I know I sure don't get as much as I used to).

I am not too worried about it now. The only stuff online was saying dilated pupils are from too high of a dosage, but I think that if it was the case I would also have other symptoms like higher heart rate which I do not have.
