Painful Hyperactivity | ADHD Information

It hurts my stomach to sit still. Sometimes if I shake my legs really fast then I can sit for a bit but if I ever try to be perfectly still I get this weird feeling in my stomach that just gets worse and worse the longer I fight it. Reizende you sound like my daughter, if i do not get her out of the house to run she drives me nuts.  No house work can be done for I am too busy yelling at  her to stop climbing and jumping on the furniture.  She is only five and loves to be on the move.Does anyone here get those hyperactive days that are so severe you almost feel pain containing your wild behavior? Today is one such day. I want to run, jump, scream loud or whatever, but I am almost to the point of sitting on my hands. I feel as though my body has gone mad, but not my brain. I have difficulty making myself sit still to the point of getting headaches on occasion from the strain.
