Is there anyone out there who has taken ritalin successfully during pregnancy and had a healthy child.  My husband and I are thinking about having another child and I do not want to go through what I endured during my first pregnancy.  I stopped taking my ritalin as soon as I found out that I was pregnant the last time and I went through withdrawl on top of my morning sickness.  Not to mention 9 months of scatter brain, consentrations issues and impulsiveness.  All of the doctors I have seen have all said the same thing... there are no studies of the use of ritalin during pregnancy.
