Was she in a private school? I've never heard of a school that had cubicles for kids. I couldve used that when I was in school- or rather, the kids around me sure could've!! Where my wife went to school all students had a cubacle this way no one could bother others.  The group seating to me just incourages this if you ask me. Kids don't get to socialize anymore. Any district that does taking away Recess/ Pe is hindering a childs development in motor skills. This should be outlawed!
