Ah come on i need my brown sugar and butter---it's not the same if you don't load it up. [QUOTE=Tryan920][QUOTE=lillian]

Sweet Potatoes--Love them.  Particularly with lots of butter and brown sugar.

I hate to tell you this but I have a feeling that  the butter and brown sugar would be a big no-no

I like sweet potato crisps, too.  Think they would be healthier fried in olive oil?

If I put a big ol' scoop of whip cream on it, will I meet my daily allowance of dairy?  I know dairy isn't listed in the super foods, but I hear it's important for fighting osteoperosis.

lillian38528.580162037These are suppose to be necessary for us all.And they are?what are they?

Very vague Brent....very vague.

Details please......

It's looking like we're going to have to research this one on our own.

O.K., the internet gave ten examples:

Oranges--like those

Spinach and Kale--like Spinach raw.  I'm not going to eat Kale.

Beans--If they are covered with a lot of salt, does that still count?

Whole grains--Like those, as long as there isn't any brown rice.

Salmon and fish--Salmon I only will eat smoked.  Does that count with the carcinogens?  I do like other fish, though.

Cantaloupe--One of my favorites

Broccoli--Sometimes.

Sweet Potatoes--Love them.  Particularly with lots of butter and brown sugar.
