YES, it will be just as good as Focalin but longer acting (so very much like Ritalin XR, Concerta, etc) but LESS SIDE EFFECTS. It is very much like Ritalin (actually an isomer that was probably mirror imaged genetically and then they removed portions of the molecule that produced some of the side effects - while leaving the potent apects). In other words it is a modified Ritalin (fewer side effects).
But all these medications could have adverse consequences (weight loss, sleeplessness, etc). Hopefully, this will have fewer.
It would be nice to see a stimulant on the market with fewer cardiac effects so that people with say - high blood pressure, artery inflammation, etc. could take.
