I've always been impulsive and somewhat the "odd duck".  It took getting married to find out that somehow I have a problem.  Yes I do get pissed off about things (and wonder why no one else is bothered). Well all screens I took had me passing with near 100% likelyhood of ADHD requiring medication.  I was on stratera for a 30 day trial and found it to be great!  I finally got some things done and all the nagging "static" bouncing around in my head dulled for awhile.  I didn't have 20 things to do all at once for awhile and things where great.  HOWEVER>>> I ran out :( Now I'm remembering how much an asshole I really was and get to feel like a big POS because it's all coming back.  Ever Read FLowers for algernon?????????????  yes I'm not the retard george.  My doc approved the ongoing medication but I'm out and our insurance has this BS mail order program so I'm going to be out for a couple weeks.  THIS sucks sometimes I wish I were on welfare so I could just go to the drugstore and get what I need.  BUT noooooooooooo I work so I get to pay for everything and be inconvenienced by the whole process.

Ah the insurance mail order BS.  I called my insurance once about some med they didn't cover.  They said "we'll cover it if you order 3 months worth, it'll take a few weeks to get to you..."  I asked them what it'll cost me then, they said "It'll be cheaper per month".  Just ...  is that really worth my aggrivation?!?

I'm the type of person that goes to get my meds when I have 1 dose left...  I too would be out for several weeks if I did the mail order thing.  I decided that a  savings wasn't worth it to me.
