hey, yea, i sumtimes go 2 the extent of driving my mates crazy cuz i make weird noices like how little babies do when they are learning 2 communicate. i sing weird made-up-on-the-spot songs too and do a lot of raspberry noisies and say "shhhaaaabbbbooooooommmmmb!" a lot and "swoyyyy" which are like words i made up myself.
my mates say i sometimes sound like crazy frog but i go on forever. Most of them are used to it by now. I also rock constantly too. and i swing on the legs of chairs etc.

I am a 21 year old with ADD/ADHD plus a bunch of other problems. I'd like to know, does anyone make sound effects in their daily activities? For instance, I hand clap alot when I'm at home and I make sure I'm loud too. Also, lately I've been burping to myself. But I try to remember to say 'excuse me'. Sometimes I make little noises like blowing raspberries..I don't know, I just make noises wherever I am. I don't know why, it's just how my brain works I guess. I also have Asperger's and so I rock on the couch, in the car (depending on who's driving family member wise). I hope it's okay to come post here too.
