I was FINALLY given a name for my weirdness, good ole ADHD. I was put on 40 mg of Straterra and am now on 80mg. What kinds of things will I notice? And how long does it take for the full effects to be in place?

For me hand/eye coordination improved which was pretty strange because it helped my typing. I have always been such a lousy typist and struggled to do it again and again. I always wondered why it was so hard for me to coordinate my fingers. It was like my mind and hands were not agreeing with each other. (I know this may not make sense to you but I swear it is true, I am a secretary so I type a lot) Also, I have to organize schedules for classes on my job and this was also a big nighmare for me. My boss would always correct it again and again. After takine Stratterra for about a week or so I made the schedule without one error. It was the first time in three years. I can focus so much better but the Stratterra made me tired so I also take Concerta 18mg. The combination makes the difference. I also am bothered by nausea if I do not take it with food. I have read that there are some sexual side effects but I have not had any. I hope that it works for you too. It has made life a lot easier.
