You might want to have a sleep study done. There is a sleep disorder called Restless Legs Syndrome that sounds similar to what you've described. If it doesn't turn out to be RLS the sleep study might show something else that could be causing your problem.
I can't go to sleep without constantly moving my legs around. Bothers my husband. No shakes, though. Maybe RLS like the above poster said? When I sleep at night I can't help but move either my legs or my torso. I take a pill called Geodon that helps with my sleeping. But, the moving around I think it helps me get to sleep or either I'm just restless. I start with my right foot and than right leg, and then left..and then my upper body shakes. Does anyone else do this stuff? I've been at it for years, I just want to know if it's normal? fukaiotaku38539.4733564815
