Melancholy mood today | ADHD Information

autumn star--I hope your day turns out better than you think.  Here is a funny suggestion that I even have one of my students doing when she gets stressed out.  Ever seen the movie "Anger Management"?  The saying in there is "Gusfraba".  Whenever I get worked up, I say Gusfraba to myself a few times.  I may get strange looks from time to time; but it helps to recenter myself.  And just think, if your day went bad, it is a clean slate for tomorrow!

I can already tell it's going to be a bad ADHD day today. 

I don't have my Kava Kava with me today and I can tell it's not going to be a good day.  And that bums me out because I felt so great this last weekend.  Which is surprising after I worked long hard hours all week, including the weekend.  And my husband was very sick too.

It's very hard for me to plan my day, I know what I need to do - things that can ONLY be done today (I'm getting training from someone who's last day is tomorrow).  I'm in one of those moods where I don't want to see or speak to anyone today at all.  If I post any replies, I'll try to only post good ones.  Sorry in advance...

I really need my kava kava.  I read someone's post about green tea.  I think I have some here somewhere.  I'll give it a try.
