The summer issue of Exceptional Children has a feature article on self-regulation interventions for ADHD children.  Self regulation describes various methods used by students to mangage, monitor, record, and/or assess behavior or academic achievement.  In the past, self-regulation has been used with great success with LD and MR students.  Have any of you had experience with using self regulation in the school setting?  Although there were definite limitations to the study, it is apparent that it does help some individuals with ADHD.
