That is absolutely true for me as well. Getting up for work is like being tortured, yet on weekends I'm springing out of bed for the 10.0 landing like Mary Lou Retton at nearly the same time.Without fail I pop out of bed at 5 AM on my off days refreshed, but for some reason I just CAN'T get out of bed at 5 AM on work days. I require 3 alarm clocks and a lot of self-nagging to get up. Weekends I stay up all night, and work nights I go to bed very early. WHY?? When does it ever work for me? You would think sleeping 7-8 hours would make me wake refreshed workdays.
